HOW TO: COOK THE PERFECT RESTAURANT-STYLE STEAK
The best steakhouse steaks are, of course, tender with just the right amount of marbling. The most desirable steaks include: filet mignon, N.Y. Strip, T-bone, Porterhouse and Ribeye. The thickness of the steak is based on personal preference, ranging from 3/4 inch thickness to 1 1/2 inches.
